Senior Succession Planning Advisor
Work directly with business owners mapping exit strategies and wealth transfer plans. You'll manage 28-35 relationships, lead complex planning sessions, and coordinate with legal and tax partners. Five years minimum advisory experience required. This role owns client outcomes.
